1A URL (Uniform Resource Locater) is the global address of documents and other resources on the World Wide Web. For example, http://www.frankhunt.com.com is the URL for frankhunt.com's U.S. home page.

2An IP address is an identifier for a computer or device on a Transmission Control Protocol/Internet Protocol (TCP/IP) network, such as the World Wide Web. Computers require IP addresses in order for users to communicate on the Internet, browse and shop.

AND FURTHERMORE . . .  as if that wasn't enough --

Further Amended, Supplemental, Privacy Policy with New Stuff Added

Information Collection and Use:
frankhunt.com enterprises, LLC is the sole owner of the information collected on this site.  We sincerely value your privacy and we will not sell, share, or rent this information to others in any way (wink, wink).  You may, from time to time, receive information from us about new features, new services and special offers we think you'll find valuable. If you'd like to opt out of receiving future mailings from us please follow the procedure outlined in the Opt-out section below.

Registration
No registration is required in order to use this website,  Users are required to give their name, email address, all bank account numbers, a sample signature, fingerprints, social security number and a password of 5-16 characters in length. This information is used to contact the user about the services on our site for which they have expressed interest. It is optional for the user to provide a phone number, but encouraged so we can have another means to contact you should any reason arise regarding an order - and so we can make crank calls at 3 AM.

Ordering
If we ever come up with something to sell (very unlikely) the following might apply if we want it to: frankhunt.com enterprises order forms request information from users such as: Contact information (like name and shipping address) and financial information (credit card number, expiration date, billing address, and billing phone number). This information is used for billing purposes to verify the customer is of legal age, and to fill customers' orders. If we have trouble processing an order, this contact information is used to get in touch with the user. This information is taken in a secure area, is encrypted for our customers' protection, and is not sold or shared with anyone else under any circumstances.

Sharing
frankhunt.com enterprises, LLC uses an outside shipping company to ship orders in the unlikely event that we (1) come up with something to sell, and (2) someone actually buys it, and a credit card processing company (for the even more unlikely event that someone thinks what we are trying to sell is good enough to actually pay us for it)  to bill users for goods and services. These companies retain, share, store and use personally identifiable information for all possible secondary purposes.   We don't value your privacy very much, and will release any account information to anyone outside of the  core groups that help our business function, like those mentioned above.

Security:
When our order form asks users to enter sensitive information (such as credit card number and/or social security number), that information is encrypted and is protected with SSL (Secure Socket Layers), provided by Starfield Technologies. While on a secure page such as our order form, the lock icon on the bottom of Web browsers such as Netscape Navigator and Microsoft Internet Explorer becomes locked, as opposed to unlocked, or open, when you are just 'surfing'.   If there is an error and you are redirected to an unsecured site, please notify us immediately at support@nosuchdomain.com.

Links
This web site contains links to other sites - some of which may be offensive and not for consumption by children.  WATCH WHAT YOUR KIDS ARE DOING!!!. Please be aware that frankhunt.com enterprises is not responsible for the privacy practices or content of such other sites. We encourage our users to be aware when they leave our site and to read the privacy statements of each and every web site that collects personally identifiable information.  Also, if you end up on a porn site, it's not our fault.

Opt-out
Users who no longer wish to receive our electronic newsletter or promotional materials or whatever junk we decide to send from us may attempt to opt-out of receiving these communications by emailing us at info@youcanneveroptout.com and letting us know that you would like to be removed from the mailing list (good luck!).  We will then sell your email address to every spammer in the country.
