She is healthy and blood tests are normal. She was abandoned. The family should plan to arrive in Vietnam as soon as possible (preferably in the next two weeks). They need to plan on 5 full working days in Hanoi. If only one spouse travels, please make sure that they bring an authenticated Power of Attorney to the Spouse. We also need new notarized medical for Mrs. Hunt and Statement of Permission from the family. Please make sure that they bring this with them to Vietnam.
