| Emily is jabbering away now and trying to
take control of the puppy. The Peggy Sue is not having any of it so they argue
a bit. Emily is trying very hard to count to ten and sing the entire ABC song.
She is quite musical and has a good sense of tone and rhythm. Her favorite
foods include pasta ("pappa"), juice ("joosh"), prunes ("poon"), Goldfish
("fish"), and crackers ("caaka"). She is trying new words so fast that we are
sometimes not able to translate fast enough. Usually if we allow Emily to show
us what she is talking about then we "get" it. Some of these pictures include
attempts by Emily to smile - usually by saying "cheese". I've also included
